Trafik kazası ile KKTC'de izinsiz ikamet suçlarından arandığı sırada askeri yasak bölgeyi ihlal ederek Güney Kıbrıs'a geçen Türkmenistan uyruklu K.H., üç yıl sonra geri dönerek polise teslim oldu. Tutuklanan zanlı dün mahkemeye çıkarıldı.
Mahkeme, soruşturma kapsamında zanlının 3 gün tutuklu kalmasına emir verdi.
Mahkemede olguları aktaran polis, zanlının 20 Temmuz 2023 tarihinde karıştığı trafik kazası ve KKTC'de izinsiz ikamet etmesi nedeniyle arandığını söyledi.
Polis, zanlının 2023 yılı Temmuz ayında Akıncılar bölgesinde henüz tespit edilemeyen bir noktadan birinci derece askeri yasak bölgeye gizlice girerek bölgeyi ihlal ettiğini, ardından yetkili makamdan izin almaksızın KKTC'den çıkarak Güney Kıbrıs'a geçtiğini anlattı.
Polis, zanlının 10 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde ise Beyarmudu İlkokulu bölgesinden yeniden birinci derece askeri yasak bölgeye gizlice girip bölgeyi ihlal ederek KKTC topraklarına izinsiz giriş yaptığını belirtti.
Zanlının 17 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde polise teslim olduğunu ve hakkında daha önce çıkarılan derdest emri gereği tutuklandığını kaydeden polis, soruşturmanın sürdüğünü, alınacak ifadeler bulunduğunu belirterek 3 gün ek tutukluluk talep etti.
Mahkeme, talebi değerlendirerek zanlının soruşturma amacıyla 3 gün süreyle tutuklu kalmasına emir verdi.
